53°2′N 21°59′E / 53.033°N 21.983°E / 53.033; 21.983Śniadowo [ɕɲaˈdɔvɔ] is a village in Łomża County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[1] It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Śniadowo. It lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) south-west of Łomża and 80 km (50 mi) west of the regional capital Białystok.
Until the late 1980s, the village used to be a local railroad junction, located along the Ostrołęka - Lapy line. In Śniadowo, a 15-kilometer connection to Łomża stemmed. All these lines are now closed.
