Kototani-ike Dam

34°13′01″N 134°0′38″E / 34.21694°N 134.01056°E / 34.21694; 134.01056Kototani-ike (Japanese: 琴谷池) is an earthfill dam located in Kagawa Prefecture in Japan. The dam is used for flood control and irrigation. The catchment area of the dam is 0.4 km2. The dam impounds about 1 ha of land when full and can store 65 thousand cubic meters of water. The construction of the dam was started on 1985 and completed in 1987.[1]
