La Ferté-Frênel (French pronunciation: [la fɛʁte fʁɛnɛl] ⓘ) is a former commune in the Orne department in north-western France. On 1 January 2016, it was merged into the new commune of La Ferté-en-Ouche.[2]
Heraldry
The arms of La Ferté-Frênel are blazoned : Quarterly Or and sable, an eagle and a lion gules, all within a bordure embattled vert.
