The menu changes based on the season,[1] and has included fish, fresh vegetables and organic meats,[2] seafood paella made with clams, mussels, octopus and prawns,[3] as well as deviled eggs. Nearby Radiator Whiskey has been described as a "sibling" bar.[4]
Dan Bugge is the owner.[5] Matt Fortner replaced Jason McClure as chef in 2018.[6]
