Oh! What a Night! is a 1932 Australian short film written by and starring George Wallace.
Premise
A man goes drinking with his friend and goes home to his wife.

Production
Wallace had performed the sketch on stage in 1939.[3][4] It was the second time he had appeared on film, following George Wallace, Australia's Premier Comedian.[5][6][7][8]
Wallace was reportedly the real director, although F.W. Thring is credited.[9]
Release
The film was widely screened as a support feature for Efftee movies in 1932.[10]
Reception
Everyones said "George is a splendid comedian, and the gags keep the laughs coming at a fast bat."[11] The Brisbane Daily Standard wrote, "No funnier talkie short has ever been filmed in this city. George is even better on the films than on the legitimate stage. "[12]
