Pinnacle Industries Limited also known as PIL is an Indian multinational company involved in automotive interiors, seating systems, electric vehicles, EV components, speciality vehicles, railway seating, retail store solutions, and engineering services. based in Pune, Maharashtra.[2][3] The company was incorporated on June 27, 1996 in the industrial city of Pithampur, located in Madhya Pradesh, India.[4] Their headquarters is in Pune, Maharashtra. The company designs and develops seating and interior products for commercial vehicles (Trucks & Buses) in India.

Sudhir Mehta is the chairman of Pinnacle Industries. [5] PIL registered a Year - On - Year growth of 40.2% in FY 23-24. In May 2024, Pinnacle Industries announced that it is investing 100 crores on its 4th Plant in Madhya Pradesh. The Plant is expected to be operation by Q4 FY25.

History

Pinnacle Industries Limited was incorporated on 27 June 1996.[6]

Operations

Pinnacle Industries makes seats and interior products for commercial vehicles. PIL is currently manufacturing Electric Vehicles in India[7] through its subsidiary company EKA (Pinnacle Mobility Solutions).

The company produces seating systems and interior finishes for ambulances. These Ambulances are equipped with all medical facilities and technologies to deliver medical care to newborns.[8][9]
