50°25′49″N 18°16′8″E / 50.43028°N 18.26889°E / 50.43028; 18.26889Popice [pɔˈpit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Leśnica, within Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) east of Leśnica, 8 km (5 mi) south of Strzelce Opolskie, and 36 km (22 mi) south-east of the regional capital Opole.
