Rural Municipality of St. Philips No. 301
The Rural Municipality of St. Philips No. 301 (2016 population: 220) is a rural municipality (RM) in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan within Census Division No. 9 and SARM Division No. 4.
History
The RM of St. Philips No. 301 incorporated as a rural municipality on January 1, 1913.[2]

In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, the RM of St. Philips No. 301 had a population of 200 living in 94 of its 151 total private dwellings, a change of -9.1% from its 2016 population of 220. With a land area of 647.8 km2 (250.1 sq mi), it had a population density of 0.3/km2 (0.8/sq mi) in 2021.[7]
In the 2016 Census of Population, the RM of St. Philips No. 301 recorded a population of 220 living in 98 of its 152 total private dwellings, a -6.4% change from its 2011 population of 235. With a land area of 655.78 km2 (253.20 sq mi), it had a population density of 0.3/km2 (0.9/sq mi) in 2016.[4]

Government
The RM of St. Philips No. 301 is governed by an elected municipal council and an appointed administrator that meets on the third Thursday of every month.[3] The reeve position is vacant while the RM's administrator is Frances Olson.[3] The RM's office is located in Pelly.[3]
