Garden Hill (Garden Hill First Nation) on kylä Manitoban provinssin koillisosassa Kanadassa lähellä Ontarion rajaa. Kylä sijaitsee Island Lake -järven rannalla noin 600 kilometriä pohjoiskoilliseen Winnipegistä. Kylässä asuu noin 1 898 henkeä, joista suurin osa on cree-intiaanien jälkeläisiä.[1] Kaikkiaan noin puolet Island Lake -järven alueen väestöstä asuu Garden Hillissä. Muita alueen kyliä ovat Island Lake, St. Theresa Point sekä Red Sucker Lake.

Kylään ei johda maantietä, käytettävissä on ainoastaan talvitie. Huolto hoidetaan ensisijaisesti lentokonein. Alueen lentoliikennettä palvelee Island Laken lentoasema. Kylässä ei myöskään ole vesijohtojärjestelmää.
