Conservateur : Alfred Knox Travailliste : Ernest Whitfield Libéral : Vaughan Watkins En 1938, les partis travaillistes et libéraux locaux avaient mis sur pied une organisation officielle, le South Bucks Unity Committee , en soutien à un Front populaire, et pourraient bien avoir accepté de soutenir un candidat conjoint contre le candidat conservateur en place[ 29] .
