Arthur Riscoe MC (1896–1954) adakah seorang pemeran panggung dan film Britania Raya.^[1] Ia lahir dengan nama Arthur Charles Boorman pada 19 November 1896 di Sherburn-in-Elmet dekat Leeds. Namun dalam usia 15 tahun, ia pindah ke Tasmania sebagai pekerja kebun.^[2]
