Yuri Vladimirovich Nikulin (Rusia: Юрий Владимирович Никулин; 18 Desember 1921 - 21 Agustus 1997) adalah aktor dan badut terkenal Soviet dan Rusia yang membintangi banyak film populer. Dia terkenal karena perannya dalam komedi Leonid Gaidai, seperti The Diamond Arm dan Kidnapping Caucassian Style, meskipun dia kadang-kadang membintangi peran dramatis dan tampil di Moscow Circus.

Dia dianugerahi gelar Artis Rakyat Uni Soviet pada 1973 dan Pahlawan Buruh Sosialis pada 1990. Dia juga menerima sejumlah penghargaan negara, termasuk Ordo Lenin yang bergengsi, yang dia terima dua kali seumur hidupnya.
