TalonSoft era un'impresa statunitense produttrice di videogiochi fondata nel 1995 da Jim Rose e John Davidson a Baltimora nel Maryland, specializzata in wargame.
Il 24 dicembre 1998 venne stata acquisita dalla Take Two Interactive, la quale chiuse la società nel 2002 trasferendo le proprietà intellettuali alla Gathering of Developers. Nell'ottobre 2005 la Matrix Games ha acquisito molti dei marchi TalonSoft compresi Battleground, Campaign, e Operational Art of War.
