コマモナス属（コマモナスぞく、Comamonas）はPseudomonadota門ベータプロテオバクテリア綱ブルクホルデリア目コマモナス科の属の一つである。コマモナス科のタイプ属であり、グラム陰性非芽胞形成偏性好気性桿菌で極鞭毛を1から5本持ち運動する。発酵はしない。名前は髪の毛の個体を意味する。タイプ種はコマモナス・テリゲナでGC含量は61から67。

土壌や水中に幅広く存在する。かつてシュードモナス属に属していた菌が遺伝子の系統解析により再分類されて新たに設けられた属である。また本属に属していたコマモナス・アシドボランスが再分類され、デルフチア属が設けられた。
