Zasięg występowania
Podrodzina obejmuje gatunki występujące w Cordillera de Mérida, Kordylierze Nadbrzeżnej i na półwyspie Paria w Wenezueli; w przyległej Kordylierze Wschodniej w Kolumbii; na Trynidadzie i Tobago[3].
