Adamalizin (EC 3.4.24.46, Crotalus adamanteus metaloendopeptidaza, proteinaza I, proteinaza II, Crotalus adamanteus venomna proteinaza II, adamalizin II) je enzim.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje Phe1-Val, His5-Leu, His10-Leu, Ala14-Leu, Leu15-Tyr, i Tyr16-Leu insulinskog B lanca
Ovj enzim je prisutan u venumu zvečarke Crotalus adamanteus.
