Aminoacilna tRNK hidrolaza (EC 3.1.1.29, aminoacil-transfer ribonukleatna hidrolaza, RNK hidrolaza N-substituisanog aminoacilnog transfera, peptidil-tRNK hidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom aminoacil-tRNK aminoacilhidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N-supstituisana aminoacil-tRNK + H2O N-substituisana aminokiselina + tRNK
