Atrolizin-A (EC 3.4.24.1, Crotalus atrox metaloendopeptidaza a, hemoragijski toksin a, Crotalus atrox alfa-proteinaza, Crotalus atrox proteinaza, botropajin) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Odvajanje Asn3-Gln, His5-Leu, His10-Leu, Ala14-Leu i Tyr16-Leu u insulinskom B lancu. Uklanjanje C-terminalnog Leu sa malih peptida
Ova hemoragijska endopeptidaza je jedna od šest hemoragijskih toksina u venomu zvečarke Crotalus atrox.
