Degradativni enzim

Degradativni enzim je enzim (u širem smislu protein) koji razgrađuje biološke molekule. Neki primeri degradativnih enzima:

  • Lipaza, razgrađuje lipide,[1]
  • Karbohidraza, razgrađuje ugljene hidrate (npr., šećere),[2]
  • Proteaza, razgrađuje proteine,[3][4]
  • Nukleaza, razgrađuje nukleinske kiseline.
