Dimetilaliltranstransferaza (EC 2.5.1.1, geranil-difosfatna sintaza, preniltransferaza, dimetilaliltransferaza, DMAPP:IPP-dimetilaliltransferaza, (2E,6E)-farnezil difosfat sintetaza, dipreniltransferaza, geranil pirofosfat sintaza, geranil pirofosfat sintetaza, trans-farnezil pirofosfat sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dimetilalil-difosfat:izopentenil-difosfat dimetilaliltranstransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- dimetilalil difosfat + izopentenil difosfat difosfat + geranil difosfat
Ovaj enzim ne deluje efektivno na veće prenil difosfate.
