Endopeptidaza K (EC 3.4.21.64, Tritirachium alkaline proteinaza, Tritirachium album serin proteinaza, proteinaza K, Tritirachium album proteinaza K) je enzim.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza keratina, i drugih proteina sa subtilisinu sličnom specifičnošću. Dolazi do hidrolize peptidnih amida
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz plesni Tritirachium album Limber.
