Endopeptidaza So (EC 3.4.21.67, E. coli citoplazmična proteinaza, proteinaza So, Escherichia coli serinska proteinaza So) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza proteina, ali ne i Bz-Tyr-OEt, Ac-Phe-beta-naftilestra, ili Bz-Arg-Oet
Ova citoplazmatična endopeptidaza je izolovana iz bakterije Escherichia coli.
