Fosfoenolpiruvatna fosfataza (EC 3.1.3.60, PEP fosfataza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom fosfoenolpiruvat fosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

fosfoenolpiruvat + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } piruvat + fosfat

Ovaj enzim takođe deluje u manjoj meri na širok opseg drugih monofosfata.
