Galaktan 1,3-beta-galaktozidaza (EC 3.2.1.145, galaktan (1->3)-beta-D-galaktozidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom galaktan 3-beta-D-galaktozidaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hidroliza terminalnih, neredukujućih beta-D-galaktoznih ostataks u (1->3)-beta-D-galaktopirananima
Ovaj enzim uklanja ne samo slobodnu galaktozu, nego takođe 6-glikozilisane ostatake.
