Galaktozilgalaktozilglukozilkeramidaza (EC 3.2.1.47, triheksozil keramid galaktozidaza, keramidna triheksozidaza, keramidtriheksozidna alfa-galaktozidaza, triheksozilkeramidna alfa-galaktozidaza, keramidtriheksozidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alfa-D-galaktozil-(1->4)-beta-D-galaktozil-(1->4)-beta-D-glukozil-(1<->1)-keramid galaktohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
