Geraniltranstransferaza (EC 2.5.1.10, farnezil-difosfatna sintaza, geranilna transferaza I, preniltransferaza, farnezil pirofosfatna sintetaza, farnezilpirofosfatna sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranil-difosfat:izopentenil-difosfat geraniltranstransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

geranil difosfat + izopentenil difosfat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } difosfat + (2E,6E)-farnezil difosfat

Neke forme ovog enzima takođe koriste dimetilalil difosfat kao supstrat.
