Glikozilkeramidaza (EC 3.2.1.62, florizinska hidrolaza, floretin-glukozidaza, glikozil keramidna glikozilhidrolaza, cerebrozidaza, floridzin beta-glukozidaza, laktaza-florizin hidrolaza, floridzin glukozidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom glikozil-N-acilsfingozin glikohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

glikozil-N-acilsfingozin + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } keramid + šećer

Ovaj enzim takođe hidrolizuje florizin do floretina i glukoze.
