Horizmatna sintaza (EC 4.2.3.5, 5-O-(1-karboksivinil)-3-fosfošikimat fosfat-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 5-O-(1-karboksivinil)-3-fosfošikimat fosfat-lijaza (formira horizmat).[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

5-O-(1-karboksivinil)-3-fosfošikimat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } horizmat + fosfat

Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan FMN.
