Karboksilestaraza (EC 3.1.1.1, ali-esteraza, B-esteraza, monobutiraza, kokainska esteraza, prokainska esteraza, metilbutiraza, vitamin A esteraza, butirilna esteraza, karboksiesteraza, karboksilatna esteraza, karboksilna esteraza, metilbutiratna esteraza, triacetinska esteraza, karboksil estarska hidrolaza, butiratna esteraza, metilbutiraza, alfa-karboksilesteraza, propionilna esteraza, nespecifična karboksilesteraza, esteraza D, esteraza B, esteraza A, serin esteraza, karboksilno kiselinska esteraza, kokainska esteraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom karboksilna-estar hidrolaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

karboksilni estar + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } alkohol + karboksilat

Ovaj enzim ima široku specifičnost.
