Pentanamidaza (EC 3.5.1.50, valeramidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom pentanamid amidohidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- pentanamid + H2O pentanoat + NH3
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje, manjom brzinom, on druge kratkolančane alifatične amide.
