Porfobilinogenska sintaza (EC 4.2.1.24, aminolevulinatna dehidrataza, delta-aminolevulinatna dehidrataza, delta-aminolevulinsko kiselinska dehidraza, delta-aminolevulinsko kiselinska dehidrataza, aminolevulinska dehidrataza, delta-aminolevulinska dehidrataza, 5-levulinsko kiselinska dehidrataza, 5-aminolevulinatna hidrolijaza (dodaje 5-aminolevulinat i vrši ciklizaciju)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 5-aminolevulinatna hidrolijaza (dodaje 5-aminolevulinat i ciklizuje; formira porfobilinogen).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

2 5-aminolevulinat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } porfobilinogen + 2H2O

Ovaj fungalni enzim je metaloprotein.
