Retinolna izomeraza (EC 5.2.1.7, sve-trans-retinolna izomeraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sve-trans-retinol 11-cis-trans-izomeraza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim konvertuje sve-trans-retinol u 11-cis-retinol u odsustvu svetla.
