Rolf Thiele (7. mart 1918 – 9. oktobar 1994) bio je njemački filmski režiser, producent i scenarist, najpoznatiji po socijalno angažiranim dramma u poratnoj Zapadnoj Njemačkoj. Tokom karijere je ostvario izuzetno plodnu suradnju sa glumicom Nadjom Tiller.
