Stearoil-KoA 9-desaturaza (EC 1.14.19.1, Delta9-desaturaza, acil-KoA desaturaza, masno kiselinska desaturaza, stearoil-KoA, vodonik-donor:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom stearoil-KoA,ferocitohrom-b5:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (9,10-devodonikacija).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:
- stearoil-KoA + 2 ferocitohrom b5 + O2 + 2 H+ oleoil-KoA + 2 fericitohrom b5 + 2H2O
Ovaj enzim sadrži gvožđe. Enzim iz jetre pacova je deo sistema koji obuhvata citohrom b5 i EC 1.6.2.2, citohrom-b5 reduktazu.
