Sukcinat-semialdehid dehidrogenaza (EC 1.2.1.24, sukcinat semialdehidna dehidrogenaza (NAD+), sukcinska semialdehidna dehidrogenaza (NAD+), sukcinil semialdehidna dehidrogenaza (NAD+), sukcinat semialdehid:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sukcinat-semialdehid:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

sukcinat semialdehid + NAD+ +H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } sukcinat + NADH + 2 H+

Ovaj enzim učestvuje u degradaciji glutamata i 4-aminobutirata. On je sličan sa EC 1.2.1.79, sukcinatnom-semialdehidnom dehidrogenazom (NADP+), i EC 1.2.1.16, sukcinatnom semialdehidno dehidrogenazom (NAD(P)+), ali je specifičan za NAD+.
