The Woman in Question (sh. Žena pod pitanjem) je britanski crno-bijeli kriminalistički film snimljen 1950. godine u režiji Anthonyja Asquitha. Radnja prikazuje policijsku istragu ubistva jedne žene, koju otežava to što svjedoci daju različite iskaze o karakteru i životu žrtve. Brojni kritičari i filmski historičari su u The Woman in Question pronašli sličnosti sa mnogom poznatijim Kurosawinim filmom Rashomon, mada je, s obzirom da su oba filma snimana istovremeno, malo vjerojatno da su Kurosawa i Asquith uticali jedan na drugog.

Nekoliko godina kasnije je u Indiji na tamilskom jeziku snimljen film Andha Naal, djelomično inspiriran britanskim filmom.[1]
