Beta-manozidaza (EC 3.2.1.25, mananaza, manaza, beta-D-manozidaza, beta-manozidna manohidrolaza, ekso-beta-D-mananaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom beta-D-manozid manohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hidroliza terminalnih, neredukujućih beta-D-manoznih ostataka u beta-D-manozidima
