Dihidrokumarinska hidrolaza (EC 3.1.1.35, Dihydrocoumarin hydrolase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dihidrokumarin laktonohidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

dihidrokumarin + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } melilotat

Ovaj enzim takođe hidroluje nekoliko drugih benzenoid 1,4-laktona.
