Metilfosfotiogliceratna fosfataza (EC 3.1.3.14, metiltiofosfogliceratna fosfataza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-metil-3-fosfo-1-tio-D-glicerat fosfohidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
