Neopululanaza (EC 3.2.1.135, pululanaza II) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom pululan 4-D-glukanohidrolaza (formira panozu).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hidroliza pululana do panoze (6-alfa-D-glukozilmaltoze)
