S-formilglutationska hidrolaza (EC 3.1.2.12, S-formylglutathione hydrolase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-formilglutation hidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-formilglutation + H2O glutation + format
Ovaj enzim takođe u manjoj meri hidrolizuje S-acetilglutation.
