Sfingomijelinska fosfodiestaraza (EC 3.1.4.12, neutralna sfingomijelinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sfingomielin holinfosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- sfingomijelin + H2O keramid + fosfoholin
Ovaj enzim ima neznatnu aktivnost na fosfatidilholinu.
