Megaselia trivialis[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20] är en tvåvingeart som först beskrevs av Charles Thomas Brues 1911. Megaselia trivialis ingår i släktet Megaselia och familjen puckelflugor.[21][22]

Artens utbredningsområde är Taiwan.[21] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[21]
