Prunus subg. Padus — підрід Prunus, який характеризується наявністю китицеподібних суцвіть. Padus спочатку був окремим родом, але генетичні та морфологічні дослідження показали, що Padus є поліфілетичним[1][2]. Було запропоновано, щоб усі китицеподібні таксони в межах Prunus (Padus, Maddenia, Laurocerasus і Pygeum) були включені в Prunus subg. Padus[3]. Однак цей широкий таксон також не монофілетичний[1][2].
