Chaharbagh District (Persian: بخش چهارباغ) is a former administrative division of Savojbolagh County, Alborz province, Iran. Its capital was the city of Chaharbagh.[3][a]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population (as a part of Tehran province) was 61,135 in 15,380 households.[4] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 77,409 in 23,430 households,[2] by which time the county had been separated from the province in the establishment of Alborz province.[5]

Chaharbagh District was separated from the county in the establishment of Chaharbagh County in 2020.[6]
