Fosforibozilglicinamid formiltransferaza (EC 2.1.2.2, 2-amino-N-ribozilacetamid 5'-fosfatna transformilaza, GAR formiltransferaza, GAR transformilaza, glicinamid ribonukleotidna transformilaza, GAR TFaza, 5,10-meteniltetrahidrofolat:2-amino-N-ribozilacetamid ribonukleotid transformilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 10-formiltetrahidrofolat:5'-fosforibozilglicinamid N-formiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

10-formiltetrahidrofolat + N1-(5-fosfo-D-ribozil)glicinamid {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } tetrahidrofolat + N2-formil-N1-(5-fosfo-D-ribozil)glicinamid
