Prekorin-4 C11-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.133, prekorin-3 metilaza, CobM) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:prekorin-4 C11 metiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + prekorin-4 S-adenozil-L-homocistein + prekorin-5
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u aerobnom kobalaminskom biositetičkom putu.
